QuaiThe app and your license
Quai is made by qdpy and sold by Qore Games. One purchase gives you a personal license to install and use Quai on every Mac you own or manage, for personal or professional work, with the updates we publish. There is no account and no subscription.
Payment
Quai costs $14.99 (US dollars), paid once. Payments are processed by Mollie; we never see your card details. Your download link and license key arrive by email: keep them to download Quai again and to get updates.
Right of withdrawal
Quai is digital content delivered immediately. Before paying, you ask for the download to be available right away and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that European consumer law otherwise provides. If Quai doesn’t work on your Mac, write to us and we’ll help.
What you may not do
Don’t share your download link, your license key or the app with people who haven’t bought it, don’t resell Quai, and don’t distribute modified copies under its name.
Services you connect
Some widgets work with accounts you hold elsewhere — Stripe, Paddle, Shopify, Mollie, your own API. The keys you enter and the use you make of those services are your responsibility, and their own terms apply.
No warranty
We work to keep Quai reliable, but it is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that can’t be waived.
Updates
New versions are published on the download page and described in the changelog. We may stop updating or distributing Quai at any time; copies you already have keep working.
Changes and law
These terms may change; the current version is always on this page, with its date. French law applies, without removing any protection your own country’s law gives you.
